An international company, with operations spanning North America and the UK, sought to elevate their recruitment efforts and establish a unified approach to staffing across all regions

Turning to us for assistance, they aimed to create a promotional video focusing on recruitment in the UK, aimed at educating potential new hires while conveying their commitment to maintaining high standards across their workforce. The client's objective was clear: they wanted a single promotional video versatile enough for their website, various marketing channels, and internal and external email campaigns, all contributing to a strong brand identity in the UK. Drawing inspiration from successful videos created for their North American sites, they envisioned an upbeat, engaging, and educational approach for this project.

We worked closely with their marketing team and managing directors from both the UK and North America. Together, we crafted scripts and honed the final message for the video. We presented a preliminary structure, facilitating a shared understanding of the narrative before proceeding to production. Filming took place at the client's site in Birmingham, where we conducted interviews with current staff members. These interviews delved into their experiences with the company and what they would convey to new recruits. This approach aimed to provide insights to both customers and prospective recruits about the company's high standards and expectations.
